When should I lock in a seasonal contract?

Before the first storm — ideally September through November. Routes are capped so every stop actually gets serviced, and once a route fills, it's full for the winter. Calling mid-January during a lake-effect event is the hard way to find that out.

Do you handle commercial properties?

Yes — parking lots, plazas, loading docks and fire lanes, cleared overnight so you open on black pavement. Residential driveways run on the same seasonal routes.

What happens in a major lake-effect event?

Plowing alone stops working when there's nowhere left to push snow. That's why we run a loader and high-lift equipment: piles get stacked tall or hauled off-site completely, so your lot keeps its parking spaces and sight-lines through the worst stretches.

Do you only do winter work?

No — the "Land" half of the name covers landscaping, planting beds, hedges, and season-long lawn care. Many clients keep one crew on the property all twelve months.

How does pricing work?

Seasonal contracts are one agreed price for the whole winter. Per-storm plowing is priced per visit. Removal, hauling and landscaping are quoted per job after we see the property — text or call for a free quote.
